60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to in-stock products purchased at full price. To qualify, the product must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging intact, the return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and proof of purchase is required.
Accidents & Change of Mind
Maison de Soin does not offer refunds for accidental damage caused by the customer, buyer's remorse or change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have been used or altered after delivery.
We encourage careful consideration before placing an order. All sales are final for reasons unrelated to product defects or transit damage.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged during transit or is defective upon first use, we will repair or replace it at no cost under our 12-month limited warranty, following review and verification. A refund will be issued only if a suitable replacement is not possible, at the sole discretion of Maison de Soin after inspection.
