Shipping & Order Processing
All items are currently in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs clearance for international orders, and seasonal demand. Tracking information is provided once your order has been fulfilled and scanned by the carrier. Maison de Soin is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in the selected currency at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Maison de Soin is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details provided at the time of purchase.
International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Maison de Soin does not control customs processing times or outcomes.
Product Information

Returns & Warranty
Due to hygiene and personal grooming standards, used grooming tools are non-returnable. Unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Defective items are covered under our 12-month limited warranty and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Misuse, modification, water damage beyond the product rating, or improper handling voids warranty coverage. All warranty claims require proof of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Maison de Soin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use. Products are intended for personal grooming use only and must be used as directed. Results may vary based on individual skin type, technique, and grooming routine.
