Pre Orders

Some Maison de Soin products may be offered as pre orders.

If you purchase a pre order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your payment is collected at the time your order is placed.
• Estimated shipping dates are provided as an estimate only and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, freight, customs, or unforeseen delays.
• If your order contains both in stock and pre order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
• Pre order bonuses, gifts, and promotional offers are only available while supplies last and may end without notice.
• By purchasing a pre order item, you reserve inventory from a limited production run.
• If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates using the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping & Order Processing

Products marked as In Stock are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Tracking information is provided once your order has been fulfilled and scanned by the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Maison de Soin is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout.

Payment is collected immediately when an order is placed.

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

Maison de Soin is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Maison de Soin has no control over customs procedures or processing times.

Product Information

Product Use Disclaimer

Maison de Soin products are designed for personal grooming purposes only.

Individual results may vary based on skin type, hair type, shaving technique, and grooming routine.

We do not claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

While our products are engineered to help reduce irritation, razor burn, ingrown hairs, and unnecessary skin friction compared to traditional grooming methods, results will vary from person to person.

Always follow the included instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Returns & Warranty

For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming products cannot be returned.

Unused products in their original condition and original packaging may be eligible for return within 100 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Products showing signs of use, damage, misuse, modification, or accidental damage are not eligible for return.

Every Maison de Soin device is backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Misuse or abuse
• Unauthorized modifications
• Accidental damage
• Water damage beyond the product's stated water resistance rating
• Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability

Maison de Soin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
