Shipping & Processing

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service level. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once fulfilled, tracking information is automatically sent to your email.

Delivery timelines vary depending on carrier performance, customs clearance for international orders, and seasonal volume. Maison de Soin is not responsible for transit delays once an order has been handed to the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Maison de Soin is not liable for lost or stolen parcels. Customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.


12-Month Limited Warranty

Every Maison de Soin device is backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering verified manufacturing defects and transit-related damage. If your device arrives defective or becomes non-functional under normal intended use, our team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear from regular use, damage caused by misuse, modification, impact, improper voltage, or water exposure beyond the product rating, normal battery degradation over time, or issues resulting from failure to follow usage instructions.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Maison de Soin reserves the right to request photo or video verification before approving a replacement.


Returns

Due to hygiene and personal grooming standards, used grooming devices are not eligible for return. Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition, include all original packaging, inserts, and accessories, and show no signs of wear, testing, or handling. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective. Maison de Soin reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Final Sale Items

Certain limited releases, promotional bundles, and discounted items may be marked as Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless covered under warranty for verified defects.


International Orders & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Maison de Soin does not control these fees and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure whether duties or taxes may apply.


Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing checkout, the customer confirms they have reviewed and accepted these policies. Any payment dispute or chargeback submitted in contradiction to these terms may be formally contested using checkout acceptance logs, order confirmation records, shipment tracking confirmation, delivery verification, and customer communication history. Fraudulent disputes may be escalated to the payment processor and relevant financial institutions.
